Hi everyone!!

I ‘m Yixin Zhu, or you can call me Nicole! So I want to introduce myself a little bit and hope it can work for you!

At the beginning... let me show you my story from I started my college in USA. I come from China in 2016. At first, I was so excited and kind of nervous when I was in the flight to USA, because it’s my first time to study abroad and would live there for 4 years. Actually, it’s my second time been in USA, for my first time is to travel but in this time I would study and live here. It’s a really meaningful memory in my whole life! To be honest, I feel a little helpless in my first college day, I don’t know anyone around me. Fortunately, I met my American buddy Kelly! She is so nice and helped me a lot. Her kindness and enthusiasm make me not feel lonely anymore. Since then, she helped me to overcome the communication skills and know more American culture. From this, I want to say that just be free to talk to everyone, because I realized that it’s important to overcome the communication conflict and I really have this feeling. Therefore, that’s why I come to international admission to help others! It’s so cool!

Luckily, I met many friends during this year in UC. They are all pretty nice! I really loved them! We hanged out, grabbed some food outside, and had so much fun!!

The day we won the first prize in Bowling competition!!

The day we hanged out with my international friends at night!!! We were taking some cookie in the grassland, the cookies are so nice!!
